YARN application level stats

Hi,

Is it possible to get yarn application level stats using ambari API?
I know it is possible to get Resource Manager metrics and Node manager
metrics. But is it possible to get metrics at individual application levels?

link you shared has app specific metrics.

Hi Vignesh,
The only ones we provide are counts of apps Running/Submitted/etc. in a
queue.
We do not provide any application specific metrics.

You could get RM's location from Ambari API and interact directly with its
REST API -
