Verbose variable names

Hi all!

A really quick one (hopefully).

Is there a way to display verbose metric and dimension names in table
headers (or other visualisation types), as opposed to the default names?

Verbose names seem to appear in most dropdown menus, etc, but not in the
actual visualisations.

Thank you!

This is addressed in master for the `Table` viz and there's a PR open for
Pivot Table.

Fixes should be in the next version.
