           Summary: PartInMemory has protected constructor
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS 2.1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: CocoonForms
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: greg212@poczta.onet.pl

PartInMemory has protected constructor. This constructor should be public like
it was just before svn migration. This bug touches setValue Upload widget
problem ... With public PartInMemory it's possible to create initial state
value for Upload widget.
