reproduce:
1. create Flex Library project (generic library, Flex 4.10.0 + AIR 3.8 SDK, exclude AIR libraries)
2. right click project, new, Test Case Class
3. create a simple [Test] function inside
4. right click project, Execute FlexUnit Tests
5. compilation fails with
Encountered errors or warnings while building project FlexUnitApplication.mxml.
  FlexUnitApplication.mxml: Initializer for 'layout': values of type spark.layouts.supportClasses.LayoutBase cannot be represented in text.
