When creating an instance on Cloudstack 4.11 with any ISO or template and selecting RBD based primary storage (CEPH) the instance fails to create and in the logs there is:

Feb 27 09:46:27 KVM001-SD9-RED libvirtd: 2018-02-27 09:46:27.706+0000: 1404: error : virStorageBackendRBDCreateVol:658 : unsupported configuration: only RAW volumes are supported by this storage pool
Feb 27 09:46:27 KVM001-SD9-RED sh: libvirt: Storage Driver error : unsupported configuration: only RAW volumes are supported by this storage pool

 

Issue only happening since upgrading to 4.11 from 4.10, creating a disk and attaching works fine.
