[jira] Created: (OWB-433) add a configuration flag for switching to a leniend lifecycle interceptor checking

add a configuration flag for switching to a leniend lifecycle interceptor checking
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: OWB-433
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OWB-433
             Project: OpenWebBeans
          Issue Type: New Feature
    Affects Versions: 1.0.0-alpha-1
            Reporter: Mark Struberg
            Assignee: Mark Struberg
             Fix For: 1.0.0-alpha-2

According to the spec, lifecycle methods like @PreDestroy and @PostConstruct must not throw any checked exceptions. This is the behaviour which is defined in the EE interceptor spec. Since this is sometimes way too restrictive, we shall allow to relax this rule by configuration The default value is 'true' nternally.
ATTENTION: this property works container wide!
