Failure in source distribution of Xerces-J 1.3.0

Hi,

Just to mention that all Makefile are in dos mode and make
compilation failed under Unix.

Also I've applied the following patches to make a correct build:

=> Correct problem with stylebook and apidocs

Note that the problem with stylebook is the in the distro since
release 1.2.1

I've attached the spec file, to build the RPM and the two related patches.
