Regarding bug in a Axis C++ Windows Installation

Hi guys,

Finally I got it into run.
I have made some mistakes in the path setting and also entrees in the
axiscpp.conf file.
PATH should give like %PATH%;C:\Program Files\Apache
Group\Apache2\bin;C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\Axis\lib

in doc it says only  Add [Axis_Folder]/lib to the PATH environment variable

The win install guide says in step 6:
6. Add [Axis_Folder]/lib to the PATH environment variable.

With the assumption that the user knows how to modify an env. var.
I think it is fair enough to assume this.
