How to change the default location of  (~/.m2/archiva.xml)configuration file, while configure archiva.war on web server...

http://archiva.apache.org/docs/1.3.5/adminguide/webapp.html makes no
mention of putting archiva.xml in your home directory.  What web
server are you using and what instructions are you following?
