Excel file that cannot be opened by OpenOffice
Some Xlsx files cannot be opened bij OpenOffice Calc - the same files open
without any problem or message in Excel 2007 and Excel 2010.
The error when opening: General Error / General input/output error
A file that causes the error is attached.

Confirming with latest Git.
It's the superfluous slash bug in _rels/.rels, resolving DUPLICATE of 117672,
which is almost fixed.
