   There is a test failure : 
   
   ```
   java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/junit/rules/MethodRule
   	at org.apache.bookkeeper.test.ZooKeeperUtil.startServer(ZooKeeperUtil.java:74)
   	at org.apache.bookkeeper.test.BookKeeperClusterTestCase.startZKCluster(BookKeeperClusterTestCase.java:122)
   	at org.apache.bookkeeper.test.BookKeeperClusterTestCase.setUp(BookKeeperClusterTestCase.java:98)
   ```
   
   In my patch, I had solved this by including Junit jars as well for as test-scoped dependency in the parent pom.
