There was a rather major networking error on the machine that hosts both your VM and status.apache.org, which meant that the third party alerting system could not contact our pubsub system and relay the outages to people subscribed to said alerts. The error has been corrected now,and we will be looking into ways of making sure that we can reliably send out notifications in the future, should such an outage happen again.
