[Bug 63387] New: Can't build on wsl (windows subsystem for linux)

When I run ./configure in the apr directory I got the following error:

./configure: 32: ./configure: Syntax error: newline unexpected (expecting ")")

I try to build it on wsl (windows subsystem for linux)
Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
