NuttX License Information
Hi,
We are planning to use NuttX RTOS for our new product development. It's now in proof-of-concept phase.
Request your support to help us understand the NuttX license in terms of cost, modification, distribution, and commercial use.
Will there be any issues if we use proprietary software code with NuttX?

I think you can use it without any issue.
NuttX has been used in commercial products for over 10 years, some
examples: Pixhawk Flight Controller, Haltian ThingSee One, Sony Audio
Devices (ICD-UX500, ICD-SX2000, NW-WS410), Motorola Snap Smart Covers,
Daruma Printer (DR-800), Fitbit Smartwatches (Charge 3, Inspire,
Inspire HR, Ace 2, Charge 4), and also on Xiaomi produts.
You just need to follow the Apache license, but I'm not a lawyer. So
if your company never used open-source software with this license
before, you can consult a lawyer with knowledge about software license
if you want.
