FYI, updated website navigation

Hi,

I wanted to add a link to the new
http://www.apache.org/foundation/buy_stuff.html page to our
navigation, and felt that the nav needed to be split up in sections.

I've done that now, see enclosed screenshot for expected appearance,
once pages and site.css are updated (added ".menu p" selectors to
that).
