Migrate the following errors in QueryParsingErrors:
* joinCriteriaUnimplementedError
* naturalCrossJoinUnsupportedError

onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a test per every error in QueryParsingErrorsSuite.
