[ANNOUNCE] New Phoenix committer: Gerald Sangudi

On behalf of the Apache Phoenix PMC, I am pleased to announce that Akshita
Malhotra has accepted our invitation to become a committer. Akshita has
worked on improving our map reduce integration by adding  the ability to
run on a table snapshot and using snapshots for the index build.

Please welcome her to the Apache Phoenix team.
