Time format with subclise 1.0 and javasvn

Hi,

I get the following Date & time format with eclipse-3.1.2 and eclipse-1.0
and javasvn:

2006-04-12 17:24:40 +0000 (Mi, 12 Apr 2006)

I would prefer to see the time in CET instead of GMT. How can I configure
that?
