query execution plan

Hello everybody,

is it possible to fetch the query execution plan before the query gets
executed? I have some extrem long running queries but
SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_GET_RUNTIMESTATISTICS() allows me only to look the plan
after the query exection.
Otherwise if it is not possible at the moment which classes have to be
changed to get this feature?
