   Improved: Remove deprecated and defunct third-party payment gateway integrations and their references
   (OFBIZ-13446)
   
   Gateways removed: AuthorizeNet AIM, ClearCommerce, CyberSource ICS, eWAY, PCCharge, RITA, Orbital, PayPal Classic/NVP, PayPal Express Checkout, SagePay, SecurePay, Verisign/Payflow Pro, and WorldPay Select Junior.
   
   Changes include:
   - Deleted 45 Java source files across 11 thirdparty/ packages in accounting and order modules
   - Removed 10 gateway-specific service definition XML files
   - Cleaned up services_paymentgateway.xml to remove gateway-specific service entries
   - Removed gateway entity definitions from accounting-entitymodel.xml (10 PaymentGateway* entities,expressCheckoutToken field from PayPalPaymentMethod)
   - Removed 10 PaymentGatewayConfigType seed rows and all related CustomMethod seed rows
   - Removed gateway-specific screens, forms, controller request-maps, and minilang service methods
   - Cleaned up all gateway-related UI labels (~130 properties across 3 label files)
   - Removed gateway configuration from payment.properties, paymentTest.properties, and linehandler.properties
   - Updated build.gradle to remove stale excludedJavaSources entries
   - Fixed OrderReturnServices.java and CheckOutHelper.java to remove calls to deleted PayPal classes
   - Updated test fixture to use a neutral TEST_GATEWAY_CONFIG instead of the removed SagePay config
