[~dsmiley] you mentioned in the mailing list back in March that you'd fixed the situation where restored collections are created using the old stateFormat=1 but it still seems to be doing that ... did that fix not make it into this ticket before merging? We've been trying out the backup/restore and noticed it's putting the collection's state into the global clusterstate.json instead of where it should be.
