Tutorial UNO registery and Bootstrapping

Hello everyone,
 I am doing this tutorial with the API for NetBeans 7.3 (
http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/UNO_registery_and_Bootstrapping)  but it
doesn't work, I think is a version problem because the API for NetBeans 7.x
is a beta version.

I would like to know if this tutorial is updated for this API version and
what I need to update for work with it.

Can you be more specific on how you are using the Netbeans plugin with 
this tutorial and what is not working.

I am working on updating the plugin for for AOO 4 API changes currently.
