[ANN] Apache NMaven 0.15-incubating Released

The Apache NMaven team is pleased to announce the release of NMaven
0.15-incubating.

NMaven provides Maven 2.x plugins to support building of .NET applications.

1) Compiling C# projects (2.0 framework)
2) Strong Naming
3) Generation of assembly info based on pom metadata
