   - Default MSI clock range was using unrelated constant as default value
   - Max clock was mentioned in description filed as 64MHz while it should be 80MHz for this MCU
   For nucleol-476:
   - PLL configuration had incorrect PLLM, PLLN values
   - Clock speed was increased to 80MHz
   - Latency change for 80MHz clock
   - MSI speed change to 48MHz so it can be used as USB clock directly
