[jira] [Updated] (TAP5-741) CSS files should be automatically minimalized, like JavaScript files

Howard M. Lewis Ship updated TAP5-741:
--------------------------------------

    Assignee: Howard M. Lewis Ship
Summary: CSS files should be automatically minimalized, like JavaScript files (was: CSS files should be automatically packed/minimalized)

I've modified the title to refer to just minimization; I believe there's a second issue already out there for aggregating CSS (which is actually a bit complex because of the use of relative paths).

> Just like Javascript files are already packed in one single file, CSS it would be awesome to have them combined too. In addition, they should be minified (stripped of comments and white space). A possible solution for minification is to use YUI Compressor (BSD license, I guess it doesn't clash with Apache license).
