SOAPFault

It appears that Apache SOAP 2.0 does not fully comply with Spec 1.1 with
respect to exceptions and faults.  I cannot figure out a way to append to
the 'faultcode' or set the 'detail' element of the SOAPFault.  It appears
that Apache SOAP only allows you to set the 'faultstring' via the
Throwable.detailMessage.  Does anyone have any thoughts?
