   - [x] Here are some details about my PR, including screenshots (if applicable):
   Sometimes hive writer hits AlreadyExistsException when adding a partition because of metastore slowness/timeout when checking existence of the partition. Since the partition has already been added, there's no need to throw an exception/fail in this case, so skipping in the case of this exception.
