docs: fix DeepWiki badges (#384)
The DeepWiki badge endpoint returns a browser challenge, leaving both
README badges broken. Use a Shields badge for the project header and the
LLM section while keeping the existing DeepWiki links and labels.
Validated the replacement as an SVG and checked that only the two badge
URLs change.
