Accessing the 'work-directory' parameter from an Avalon component

Hi,
 
I have an Avalon component that I create in my flowscript that needs to
access the 'work-directory' 
servlet parameter, I imagine this is available via a context object of
some sort.
 
An snippet of code showing how to get the appropriate context would be
really helpful.
