Updates on 0.11.1 release
Hi folks,
There are still a few critical PRs on bridging the performance gaps between
0.11.0 and 0.10.1 that are pending, e.g., HUDI-4176
<https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/5733>, HUDI-4178
<https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/5737>, etc. We should get those
landed for 0.11.1. In this case, I'm going to postpone the code freeze.
If you have more fixes you'd like to merge for the release, please let me
know in this thread.
The exact code freeze date will be updated soon. Please stay tuned.

Sorry, Ethan, i just got a critical fix here :
https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/5815, hope we can get it involved.
The background is now Spark SQL uses different key gen strategy
compared with data source v2 writers and with flink, which brings in
many confusion/error feedback from the issues, we better fix it in
release 0.11.1.
