I added few test case for ServletServiceContext so context handling is covered by tests now.

I'm not sure if testContextInServletCalledFromExplicitSuperCall fails due to bug in current implementation or my misunderstanding of how contexts should be handled. Rice, is it the same bug you were talking about?

Daniel, could you take a look at these tests?
