Missing tag - notEmpty

           Summary: Missing tag - notEmpty
           Product: Struts
           Version: 1.0.2 Final
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Custom Tags
        AssignedTo: struts-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: cmclennan@serviceintelligence.com

The API documentation for 1.0.2 states that you can use "notEmpty" in struts
logic. I just re-downloaded 1.0.2 and cracked open the struts-logic.tld file
and could not find the tag for notEmpty.

Was this tag forgotten?
