[arrow] branch release-9.0.0-rc1 updated (ed75cd072e -> 6b59b2f498)

This is an automated email from the ASF dual-hosted git repository.

kszucs pushed a change to branch release-9.0.0-rc1
in repository https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf/arrow.git

 discard ed75cd072e MINOR: [Release] Update versions for 9.0.0
 discard 62d7bfdf38 MINOR: [Release] Update .deb/.rpm changelogs for 9.0.0
 discard a0c2fbdb63 MINOR: [Release] Update CHANGELOG.md for 9.0.0
     add 2e9645595e ARROW-17188: [R] Update news for 9.0.0 (#13726)
     add 7d539f11c4 MINOR: [Release] Update CHANGELOG.md for 9.0.0
     add 6b9f0cdf05 MINOR: [Release] Update .deb/.rpm changelogs for 9.0.0
     add 6b59b2f498 MINOR: [Release] Update versions for 9.0.0

This update added new revisions after undoing existing revisions.
That is to say, some revisions that were in the old version of the
branch are not in the new version. This situation occurs
when a user --force pushes a change and generates a repository
containing something like this:

 * -- * -- B -- O -- O -- O   (ed75cd072e)
            \
             N -- N -- N   refs/heads/release-9.0.0-rc1 (6b59b2f498)

You should already have received notification emails for all of the O
revisions, and so the following emails describe only the N revisions
from the common base, B.

Any revisions marked "omit" are not gone; other references still
refer to them. Any revisions marked "discard" are gone forever.

No new revisions were added by this update.
