SpamAssassin and gifs?

Hi

Recently I got Spam with gifs showing Xanax, Valium, Viagra, etc.

How does Spam Assassin deal with pictures?

There are a few SARE rules that try to catch some of this stuff.
However, basically SA doesn't deal with image spam by attempting to look at
the image.
What usually works is SURBL and the other net tests, catching either the
source of the spam or the website hosting the image, or a link to the target
site.
