ASF havent set up any special redirects for mobile sites. It is built in to the software by its developers.
Perhaps you'd like to open a ticket upstream with Atlassian? Or search their Jira instance to see if such a 
bug already exists.

Either way, the fix would come from them, possibly cured by our next upgrade.
