Jon Zeolla updated METRON-1144:
-------------------------------
Description: Currently, the DAY_OF_* date functions start at 1, but MONTH starts at 0, which is confusing. In addition, DAY_OF_WEEK does not align with ISO 8601. We should unify all of the date/time functions to be more intuitive to work with. (was: Currently, the DAY_OF_* date functions start at 1, but MONTH starts at 0, which is confusing.
