[VFS] Release 2.5.1 to address incompatibility

Hi All:

It looks like Commons VFS 2.5.0 contains an incompatibility for existing
provider implementations.

Therefore, an RC for 2.5.1 will be coming soon (maybe tonight.)

 Uh, glad it was reported soon and you can cut a new release Gary. Will try to monitor inbox to review the release once it's out.
