[users@httpd] Unexpected halt SIGTERM and errors while restarting PHP

Hi,

My Apache server did crash during the week-end, the error.log shows:

[Sun Apr 09 06:26:21 2006] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down

Any ideas why? I didnt try to terminate it myself.

Besides the restart gives error:
