Important decision in SVG WG about masks and patterns

Hello,

FYI, the SVG WG took an important decision yesterday with regards to 
masks and patterns. We decided to add a new attribute on mask and
pattern
to specify the units of the mask or pattern content. This allows the
mask/pattern bounds and the mask/pattern content to be defined in 
different spaces (similar to filterUnits and primitiveUnits for
filters).
