[jira] [Created] (KNOX-1446) [Knox Proxy] AMBARI WS Working even if is set to false

Abhishek Shukla created KNOX-1446:
-------------------------------------

             Summary: [Knox Proxy] AMBARI WS Working even if <gateway.websocket.feature.enabled> is set to false
                 Key: KNOX-1446
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KNOX-1446
             Project: Apache Knox
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Server
    Affects Versions: 0.14.0
            Reporter: Abhishek Shukla
             Fix For: 1.0.0

AMBARI WS Operations are working fine even though "*gateway.websocket.feature.enabled*" property is set to *false* by default in gateway-site.xml.

/etc/knox/conf/gateway-site.xml
{code:xml}
...
<property>
      <name>gateway.websocket.feature.enabled</name>
      <value>false</value>
    </property>
...
{code}

/etc/knox/conf/topologies/ui_ns1.xml

{code:xml}
...
<service>
        <role>AMBARIWS</role>
        <url>wss://ctr-e138-1518143905142-484118-01-000002.hwx.site:8443</url>
    </service>
...
{code}

Do we need to set gateway.websocket.feature.enabled to true or Is it required only for Zeppelin UI ??
