This is the error that fills the error file (and the partition) at an amazing rate

 3097 wwwexec 18 0 1092K 548K sleep 0:09 12.65% 12.65% httpd
 3148 wwwexec 2 0 1564K 684K sleep 0:08 8.62% 8.54% httpd
 3135 wwwexec 2 0 1092K 556K sleep 0:06 7.58% 7.57% httpd

 3131 wwwexec 2 0 1092K 576K sleep 0:09 5.91% 5.91% httpd
etc in descending order of CPU

This is the same error I reported for 1.3b3
