I received a message via simta (MTA written by the University of Michigan) and
the  Received header is not recognized by SpamAssassin.  The partial output of
"spamassassin -D -L -t" is:

header, would you?

There doesn't seem to be a special SMTP AUTH header added at the moment though
simta ertain does support SMTP AUTH.
