[Bug 120129] Bibliography database edition fills up the empty fields with blank characters

I can reproduce this problem in the attached db file on my Win 7 and XP

Insert new record and leave the fileds with type Text[VARCHAR] empty. Then back
and tab into each fileds, I can see those "empty" fileds are filled with
spaces. I attached a screenshot to show this.

New another table in this db file and try, the same problem.

But I create a new db file and try this, cannot reproduce.
