Focus remains on the last hovered element in the security zone search bar dropdown on resource based policy page even after moving out the cursor from the dropdown.

 

Steps to reproduce:
 # Create two zones "temp_zone_1" and "temp_zone_2".
 # Then select temp_zone_1" from "security zone" search bar of resource based policy page.
 # Then click on the search bar again and hover on the "temp_zone_2" and then move out the cursor but the "temp_zone_2" still focused.
