indexed anchors

hi,

seems like indexed and styleId attributes are ignored in html:link when
linkName attribute is used.
any specific reason for that?
It would be nice if one could generate anchors within logic:iterate without
resorting to scriptlets (and have their id attribute set, e.g. for
referencing them from javascript).
