   @mosabab Gradle 7 and its associated Android Gradle Plugin (AGP) has not been released in the Android Studio stable channel. The version of Android Studio and AGP which supports Gradle 7 is still in a early-alpha preview stage.
   
   We should not try to release or support something that they have not offically released.
