How to schedule a plan test to run everyday
Is there any way to schedule a thread group to run every day at the same
start time?
I googled it, but couln't find anythng.

No, that is not supported - nor are there any plans to do so.
Most OSes can be set up to run a JMeter non-GUI test relatively easily.
