   This is quite a big PR, but most of it is around the creation of a new Lucene86Codec.  The important bit to review are the changes to DefaultIndexingChain and the DocValuesWriters, and the implementation of IndexSorter for existing sort fields (int, long, float, double, string, sortednumeric, sortedset).
