Subversion client upgrade to 1.10

Hello Team,

We have upgraded crucible application to 4.8.2 and planning to upgrade subversion client to 1.10.6.

https://subversion.apache.org/download.cgi , we can see the tar file and we are unable to upgrade with the dependencies.

We request to share the dependencies file to upgrade in our environment.

Kindly help on this topic

PS : we are unable to find the right rpm packages with the dependencies file .
