The crossbow task ***test-build-vcpkg-win* runs the script {{dev/tasks/vcpkg-tests/cpp-build-vcpkg.bat}}. This runs {{ctest}} which shows two failing tests:
 * {{TestStatisticsSortOrder/0.MinMax}}
 * {{TestStatistic.Int32Extremums}}

Diagnose and resolve these failures.
